#31: Our First House 🏠💕

Hello friends & happy Friday!!

Hope you all have been having a great week. I’ve been feeling under the weather lately 🤒 but I’m happy we got to snag these pics anyway.

Milton and I moved into our new home exactly 3 weeks ago, and we’ve been loooving it here. Currently renting so we’re not homeowners just yet, but it’s a big deal for us because we’ve only lived in tiny apartments the last 6 years! So having a 3-bedroom house with a giant garage, patio and backyard has been a dream!

This home was built in 1970, so there are details that are retro/unique and makes the home much more special to us. I’ll start the phlog with the outside, then we’ll work our way inside ☺️

My favorite part of the house is the sunroom 🌞 This will be the area for my plants and wheel-throwing! 🏺🪴

The most retro part of the house is the ceiling in our kitchen 😍

Ta-dah! That’s our home for ya. Last round of photos were from our very first housewarming with friends! We’re still unpacking and organizing, so I wasn’t able to snag pics of all the rooms. There’s still the living room and our offices that I’ll slowly be filling up. Since we previously lived in a 1-bedroom apartment, there’s a lot to fill in this new space. But I hope you enjoyed this one! Can’t wait to share the next phlog (psst - featuring my favorite band, The Marías! 😘)
